FAQ:
- Q: Why doesn't my login work?
A: If you have not input a valid email address in the current chatbox system, your account has not been converted yet.
- Q: Where are my characters?
A: Characters with insufficient data have not been converted as a house cleaning measure. Please see the current chatbox management panel for more details.
- Q: I added more data to my old characters that were left behind or put in my email address, will you convert them too?
A: Yes. I will make semi-regular updates, or you can just ask nicely. Any already converted handles will have blank fields or default colors updated, changes to non-blank fields or custom colors will not be updated.
- Q: Why does my character data not update on both systems?
A: This new chatbox is fundamentally different and largely incompatible with the current one. As such, the data is necessarily kept completely separate.
- Q: Will I lose any changes I make to my characters here?
A: For the duration of the beta test, it is possible but unlikely. Once the system is brought into final production, it is much more likely. Keep all data you wish to stay safe on the current system. More details will be provided later.
- Q: What will happen to the chat logs?
A: They will be saved along with the rest of the logs from the current chatbox.
- Q: What is the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe and everything?
A: 42.
